Refund policy

If RepoVid doesn’t work for you, email repovid.support@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase and we’ll refund it. You don’t need to give a reason. For a hosting plan, this applies to the first 14 days after each yearly payment.

Use the email on your RepoVid account so we can find your order. Refunds go back to your original payment method, and your bank may take a few days to show them.

A refund ends what you paid for: a licence refund stops paid rendering on that account, and a hosting refund takes your published guides offline. You can cancel a hosting plan at any time and it stays active until the end of the paid year. This policy doesn’t limit any rights you have under consumer law.
